Once the room reservation has been confirmed, we will hold a room in the desired category as agreed. Changes or cancellations will result in losses that we cannot bear alone.
Cancellations of room reservations are only valid if we receive them in writing. Cancellation is free of charge up to one week before arrival. If canceled later, we will charge 50% of the booking price for the entire stay. In the event of non-arrival without a written cancellation or in the event of interruption of the trip, 100% of the confirmed booking price will be charged.
As a gesture of goodwill, these costs will be refunded to you if you make the same booking within 365 days of the day of cancellation. Please note that this service is purely voluntary on our part.
To avoid any costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
